Automated Ticketing for Worldwide Goddess Conferences
We built an end-to-end ticketing system for the Goddess Conference WordPress site, replacing inefficient manual processes and improving customer experience.
From workflow mapping to custom ticket design and automated payment and delivery, we designed and integrated an automated ticket system that reduced workload and eliminated delivery waiting times.
Who Are Goddess Conference?
Goddess Conference organises immersive in-person events and conferences, with women attending from around the world seeking ceremony, community, and personal growth.
Tickets are bought directly through the website, but the process is 100% manual, involving handling payments alongside designing and sending individual tickets via Canva. Prone to delays and unable to scale with volume, Goddess Conference needed a reliable, branded alternative.
How Uncommon Blue Helped
We started by mapping the client's existing manual process of Sale > Payment Processing > Custom Canva Design > Email Delivery to identify pain points and highlight any design elements worth keeping.
We then developed a ticketing system within WordPress, configured to handle sales, inventory and delivery in one place. A branded custom digital ticket template was also created to match the look and feel of their old Canva designs.
When everything was connected, a custom ticket was generated for each sale and delivered automatically to the customer’s inbox. This eliminated two manual processes, saved 10-15 minutes per ticket, and reduced delivery times to zero.
